Email is on a computer?

If you bought the tickets on your computer and the confirmation email is sitting in your computer's inbox, there are three ways to get the ticket onto your phone. Pick whichever feels easiest:

  • Open your email on your phone instead. Most people have the same email account on both their computer and their phone — the message is in both places. Open the Mail or Gmail app on your phone and follow the previous step.
  • Forward the email to yourself. On your computer, open the email and click Forward. Send it to your own email address. Then open it on your phone.
  • Sign in at our website on your phone. Open your phone's web browser, go to capeannsymphony.org/profile, and sign in. Your tickets are there, ready to add to your Wallet.
