At the concert
On the day of the concert, getting in is simple:
- Arrive at least 30 minutes early. Doors open 45 minutes before the music starts. Free on-site parking is available at every venue.
- Open the Wallet app on your phone (or just open the original email). Your ticket is there with its barcode.
- Show the screen to the door staff. They'll scan the barcode — takes about a second — and welcome you in.
Phone battery low? Don't panic. Tell the door staff your name and we'll find you on the patron list. Tickets aren't tied to your phone — they're tied to you.
