Add to your phone's Wallet

Inside the email, you'll see your ticket(s) listed with a small image of a barcode. The next step is to move that ticket from email into your phone's Wallet — the app on your phone that holds boarding passes, loyalty cards, and event tickets.

What to tap depends on which phone you have:

If you have an iPhone
Add to Apple Wallet

Look for this button in the email — tap it once.

Add to Apple Wallet

Your phone will show the ticket. Tap Add in the top-right corner. Done.

If you have an Android
Save to Google Wallet

Look for this button in the email — tap it once.

Add to Google Wallet

Follow the prompt — your ticket moves into the Google Wallet app. Done.

Your ticket is now saved on your phone. You can open it any time without an internet connection — useful if the venue has spotty signal.

Buying for more than one person? You'll see one ticket per seat in the email. Add each one to your Wallet the same way. At the door, swipe through them one at a time.
