Find the email on your phone

First, we need to find the email we sent. Pick up your phone and open the app you use for reading email — on iPhone that's usually Mail, on Android it's usually Gmail.

  • Open your email app.
  • Look for an email from Cape Ann Symphony — the subject line will mention your concert.
  • Tap on the email to open it.
Don't see it? Check your Spam or Junk folder — first-time emails from us sometimes land there. You can also search for "Cape Ann Symphony" or "tickets@capeannsymphony.org" in your email app's search bar.

Text the link to your phone

Enter the email you used when you bought the ticket. If we have a phone number on file for that order, we'll text you a link that opens straight to your ticket — no email needed.
